It is a pleasure to have you at Humming Bees Voyage! These terms and conditions govern the agreement between us (the service providers) and our valued clients, including all individuals listed in a booking. We strongly encourage you to review these terms carefully, as they form the foundation of our commitment to delivering exceptional travel experiences. By confirming any travel proposal, the acknowledgment is that you have read, fully understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Booking and Payment Policy
- All services are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed.
- A deposit of 35% of the total value for each person referred to on the booking form is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance is to be paid 50 days prior to arrival.
- At the time of booking, we require full details for all passengers (names as they appear in passports, child age, arrival and departure details).
- Sharing a passport copy for each traveler is essential, especially for online park and accommodation registration.
Prices
- All prices are quoted and paid in US Dollars unless otherwise stated.
- Prices quoted are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed until the time of confirmation.
- Prices quoted are per the itinerary and per person, and unless stated otherwise, include the following:
- Overnight accommodation as specified
- National park and game reserve entrance fees
- Overland transportation
- Domestic air transportation, where indicated
- Drivers' and guides' fees
- Meals as specified
- Deluxe soft drinks during game drives
Descriptions and Service
- All information and descriptions (including those regarding accommodation and activities) are based on the latest information available and are provided in good faith. Humming Bees Voyage is not liable for any deviations from these descriptions.
- Means of transportation provided will vary depending on the itinerary and the number of guests. We strive to ensure that all vehicles used are well-maintained and in roadworthy condition.
- We reserve the right to use the services of trusted subcontractors when necessary to ensure smooth operations.
- Please note that we do not guarantee sightings of specific wildlife, as all animals are wild and move freely within their natural habitats.
Cancellation & Refunds
In case of cancellation or amendment, it is the responsibility of the client to notify us as soon as possible. Notification may be by telephone or email but must also be confirmed in writing by email. The cancellation will be effective from the date the information is received on our side. Amendments are most likely to incur charges in the case of a reduction of guests or rooms, as well as changes to the dates of travel for a confirmed booking.
Cancellation and amendment charges are based on the total tour cost, and the booking will be subject to these charges if the following applies:
